Help Me Find God

“Help me find God” is a plea uttered by almost everyone at some time in their life. There are a variety of reasons of why someone wants to find God including loneliness, guilt, fear or an innate desire to feel a connection with eternity. The request to “help me find God” is embedded within each of us as a way to find out who we are and where we come from. In a world of noise and confusion, apathy, war, anger and hopelessness, we search for meaning and purpose to our lives.

Help Me Find God

The question is, where do you find him? How do you find him? Who is He in the first place? Are the religious traditions throughout the ages correct or is understanding our Heavenly Father (if that is what He is) inconceivable to our limited minds? Does Our Creator have a human form or is he a great mystery, something large enough to fill the immensity of space but small enough to dwell in our hearts? Does God even exist? Are any of the religions correct in their description of The Eternal One? Is God male or female or something else?

No wonder so many people plead, “help me find God”.

Suppose for a moment that you’re in a dark place. Your mind is greatly confused and peace is elusive. You feel wrong about some of the things you’ve done but have no idea how to remove the guilt you feel. You’ve done things that, although the fun or exciting for the moment, that’s all gone now and a heavy heart is all that’s left. Some people suffer terribly from addictions such as alcohol, gambling, smoking, sex, pornography, abuse, anger, video games, etc. and never seem to find a way to be free of them.

Some people have suffered terrible tragedies in their lives causing the question everything they know. The loss of a child whether through accident, disease or negligence seems more than a person ought to be able to bear. Some people are paralyzed or going through cancer or struggle with an abusive relationship. Can anyone answer why bad things happen to good people?

The list could go on and on but the end result is that many times people cry out in such situations, “help me find God.”

I’m here to tell you that there is a way that will lead you back to Him. It may be entirely different than you have ever heard of before. For some people it will be considered as the absolute wrong thing to do. Sadly, many people will not consider or even think about following the suggestion I’m going to give you. You they don’t care, they’re too lazy, or they don’t believe it will actually work but I’m here to tell you, it is true.

Jesus Christ himself even said that, “enter ye in at the strait gate, for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leadeth to destruction, and many be there which go in thereat: because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.” (Matthew 7:13-14)

I’m about to show you that straight and narrow way. Your request to “help me find God” will be answered if you follow this path. It is very important that you be true to yourself and be willing to make the changes necessary to accept this path.

The reward for following this path is peace of mind no matter what condition you’re in. I’m here to tell you the it won’t be easy but it’s a lot easier than trying to do things yourself. It’s a lot easier than living without hope. Many people describe it as having a great burden lifted off their shoulders and feeling light and love for the first time in their lives, or at least the first time in a long time.

This path will not remove the trials in your life, it will not make everything perfect, but it will put it into perspective and give you the strength you need to overcome. You will feel a sense of wholeness, love, purpose and meaning. What I am about to share with you is 100% true and I personally know hundreds of people that have found God by following this path.

I know a lot more people that started this path but didn’t finish. It’s all up to you.

Here’s the answer to the question: help me find God.
